Summers Family Reunions started in 1976 when Williams Summers Sr was 100 years old. Originally, hosted in Pinebluff, Arkansas by Jewel Phillips, Rudy Bradley, and Yvonne Merritt the Summers Family Reunion has now been hosted in Pinebluff AR, Flint MI, Milwaukee WI, and Memphis TN. Generally, the reunion is held every two years.
